In the evening of the stay at the auberge, I left a voice message on the first phone number given (around18:30 pm), then a sms/ text on the other phone number (around 19:20) and then I left a second voice message (around 8:00 pm ). In my first message, I invited the hosts to answer by sms/ textes or voice message on my phone. I receive an answer by sms/ texte at 11 pm (I was asleep) and then around 9 am.
