Villa Mimosa is also located 500m from the trendiest Café-Restaurant in the area called "Hohiho" and Close to the most beautiful beaches of the Island: Kata Beach and Nai Harn Beach (Just 10mn drive) \* The Villa has 370m² of living space with 3.1m of ceiling height, which enhances the sensation of space, freedom, and openness. It's the perfect place for a family or a group of friends who want to have a memorable stay in Phuket and who like modern layouts and designs. \* High-speed Internet and robust WiFi coverage throughout the house. \* All spaces are amazingly bright thanks to large glass sliding doors that amplify the passage of light and allow you to connect with the outdoor area. You can keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool while relaxing in your bedroom or living room. \* The Living room itself is very comfy; you will feel instantly at home and relaxed in this part of the house, which also offers a large 75" Smart TV along with an enjoyable JBL sound system. \* The large open Kitchen has everything you may need to cook Fancy dinners or quick snacks; it's well organized and very functional with lots of storage, as are the XL fridge and Nespresso capsule coffee machine, which come in very handy ;-) \* The 4 Spacious bedrooms are all King Beds with pool access and have dedicated bathrooms. Each bedroom suite is equipped with a smart TV and a powerful hair dryer. All rooms are rather soundproof and independent, allowing you to live discreetly in your own space, which can also be locked with a key. \* It is possible to arrange two single beds per room if needed. \*Towels and amenities are waiting for you so don't worry about bringing yours. \* Enjoy a 43.5m² private outdoor pool, fully exposed to the sun all day, with a gradual depth from 1.25m to 1.35m. and a jacuzzi system. There is a fourth toilet in the outdoor area between the laundry and the pool shower, which is very convenient if you are enjoying the pool. \* The laundry area provides plenty of storage space near the washing machine/dryer where you can find the vacuum cleaner and a multi-level stainless steel clothes-drying rack that you can use in or outside the laundry. We will arrange the baby chair and baby cot upon request. \*Bed Set up\* All rooms can be re-arranged with two single beds instead of one King Bed. A photo from the meter will be taken upon your arrival and at check out. You can always monitor your consumption by accessing the electricity meter box.
