Wonderful hotel. I went there as a last option because all the good hotels at Pathong were occupied; however, it was the best thing that could happen to me.
This is the best beach in Phuket. The beach is at 7 minutes walking from the hotel but almost none hotel have beach inside the hotel. Thus it is not a problem. Besides, they transport you from the hotel to the beach in a shuttle several times in a day.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location with lots to do in the resort and facilities to go explore the rest of the island.
The resort is absolutely huge with 5 pools, 5 restaurants and a few bars. It is located on Kata Noi beach which is a bit isolated meaning most of the visitors to the beach will be from the resort and so it was comparatively quiet on the beach. The beach itself is public and the hotel's property includes pools right next to the beach so you can plant yourself on a...

We spent two weeks at Sugar Marina Pop, with kids, which was an ideal base during our stay in Phuket. We had a kids pool room, which I’d highly recommend to anyway to stay in with children. Breakfast was great and always greeted by Chaba and the team. It’s very much a family resort, so there are areas where this isn’t a premium hotel.
The restaurant was also great for food and I’d really recommend the cocktails and smoothies from the pool bar. Not many people seemed to use the bar during our...

All things are close by, all coffee shops and shopping centers, everything was excellent, but the breakfast needs to be improved. It would be better to keep it for all nationalities.

We stayed for 10 days in a pool access room.
Rooms are spacious and nicely laid out, mini bar in room ( with plenty of room to store your own items too ), safe in the wardrobe is free to use. Aircon works well and there is a mosquito net over the bed and an electrical mosquito killer plugged in too.
Well appointed bathroom with rainfall shower.
Veranda with clothes drier and chairs and table. Pool is gorgeous really makes the hotel - perfect for relaxing in / around.

Fantastic hotel with very helpful & pleasant staff. Had couple of problems with burst water main , not fault of hotel but they upgraded us to lovely suite in Trooicale wing Slightly dated rooms but kept spotlessly clean by lovely cleaning staff daily. Immaculate grounds. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with endless choice of fresh food. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Diamond Cottage is a very good hotel located 5-10 minutes’ walk from both Karon and Kata beaches. Our room was very spacious with a king sized bed and nice seating by the window. The room had a balcony, although it was a little small and didn't have any furniture on it. The hotel staff were very accommodating and I'm sure they would have provided furniture if we'd asked, but in the limited time we spent in the room, we preferred to be inside using the air-conditioning than sitting in the heat...

Hotel was very clean, rooms were big and spacious. The staff were helpful and respectful, allowed me to check in early and check out late. Very happy with this hotel, location is perfect right near the beach, convenience stores and many restaurants. Very happy with this hotel.
The only comment I will leave for the hotel is why is the snooker table in that position? My son fell off the step next too it and i am sure he wont he the last to do it, have a look where it is.

We first stayed at the Hilton Arcadia some years ago but were pleased to return. Every member of staff was welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly return.

First time in Thailand and this was great hotel to stay in, 5 star rating, and I would agree. the staff are very respectful and help you out with everything you need and the hotel decor and location as amazing, If I am in Phuket anytime in the future I will be staying here again. I was on my own but still had an amazing time at the hotel, it mostly for couples but there are single travellers also, I had a great room (Junior Suite) with a great view, and the cleaners aways cleaned my room by the...

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Patong beach. It is in a great location. I would however request a room that is not on the side of the road as this can be quiet loud at night from the traffic especially the Tuk Tuks.

The staff provided professional and attentive service. The dining experience was outstanding, complemented by the property's elegant atmosphere. We were very impressed and look forward to returning and would highly recommend.
