"This was my first time staying at Comfort and it was Great!! The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The food(breakfast) was also hot and yummy. The ladies helping were super nice and cheerful and helpful. The only thing I had a minor issue was that we stayed two nights and it was four girls total in our room.. we were only given one roll of toilet paper and the shampoo container ran out of shampoo the first day. Thankfully one of the girl brought a small bottle of shampoo and we shared it since we didn’t notice it was empty until Saturday night. Besides that everything and everyone was super friendly. I’d def go back. Mind you I’ve stayed at two other big hotels in Huntsville and this one has been the best overall. "

"The room was fine but the staff was not the most helpful or friendly when asked amor early check in stating it was not an option. Although come to find out I was able to pay a fee for early check in. When I arrived though, staff was unfriendly and unprofessional."

"It was dirty and it was not up to standards that a motel six should have walls were stained, beds were stained, furniture was tore up. It was overall just horrible if my family would’ve been with me, I would have just left the property and went somewhere else."

"Friendly staff, very clean but the telephone did not work. The rooms need soundproofing. The first night we were awake a good part of the night. We could hear someone moving around all night and running water Someone did t shut their alarm off and it buzzed for a long time until we knocked on the wall "

"This place was just as pictured. Very private and secluded. We loved everything about this home, the hot tubc great AC, perfect tiny kitchen. Something they do extremely well, comfortable beds and comforters. Usually for me the comforter is way to thin but here it was fluffy and wonderful. The host were amazing with a few things to welcome us. Can’t wait to stay again!! "
