"Path to property has nice plantings that were blooming. We were greeted by hosts as soon as taxi arrived, showed where things were, and given lots of tourist information. They could not have been any more friendly and helpful. They live across the hall on the same floor and were always available for our questions. Kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is another plus. Highly recommend this property. You will love the hosts."

"Close to train station and amenities. Apartment was clean and the girl who met us with the keys was lovely and patient as our flight was an hour late. She explained everything in the apartment. There were a few maintenance issues in the apartment when we arrived and somebody came to fix these the following day. There were a few other little things like the kitchen tap was loose and the shower head leaked which are small things but repairing them would make a difference. "

"This apartment is located outside the tourist area of Bologna which was nice because it was quiet! There are several restaurants nearby and little cafes and a grocery store just down the street. Downtown was about a 20 min walk and we were well-situated to do the walk to the Santuario Madonna Di San Luca, less than 10 minutes to the Porta Saragozza. "Steps from the center of town - a lively student area but the apartment afforded quiet nights, and was very secure. Had great amenities, including a washing machine. Walkable to Bologna Centrale. Grocery stores nearby. Our flight in was delayed and we arrived at 11pm, but no problem getting someone to meet us, they are very accommodating "

"O apartamento tem ótima localização, principalmente para quem vai pegar o trem para outras cidades ao redor como Modena, Imola etc. Também está próximo de dois mercados (COOP e Aldi) e restaurantes. Em termos de "comodidades", o colchão da cama poderia ser melhor e também a quantidade de saches de sabonete líquido. Nós tivemos que comprar sabonete para podermos tomar banho mais "tranquilamente"."

"This home was perfect for my family of 4 (husband, twin 22 yr old daughters, and myself). It was a short taxi drive from the train station, and only 10 euros for all of us and our luggage. It is on the second floor. The neighborhood was quiet, but a close walk to just about anything you would need and it was nice to walk off all the food we ate! The air-conditioning worked great even though it was pretty hot and humid outside! Plenty of room in the unit with a bed upstairs & pullout couch...
