"Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). "Das Check-in wurde von den Eigentümern sehr unkompliziert und speditiv durchgeführt. Bei Unklarheiten und Problemen kann man sich jederzeit bei Ihnen melden. Great location that is out of the way enough to be quiet but close enough to amenities to be convenient (local Co op type shops and bakery 3 mins away, supermarket 10 mins and coast 15 mins). "A very nice modern villa with everything that you need for a great vacation. Large pool, barbeque, and great outside space. We stayed two adults and two children but the villa is big enough for two families. We rented a car and it is a 10 minute drive from Zadar. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!"

"Ein sehr komfortables Robinsonhaus mit Frischwassertank und Strom gespeist von einer Photovoltaikanlage mit Baterriespeicher. Und der Whirlpool funktioniert tagsüber auch bestens. Ausstattung war ausreichend gut. Einzig ein Toaster wäre noch von Vorteil, da frisches Brot in Tkon kaufen ca. 1 Stunde Geländefahrt bedeuten würde. "This is a great house for a family holiday. The owner is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The house has everything you need. The pool and hotub are fantastic and the outdoor entertainment area is lovely and relaxing to spend an evening (just remember to pack some mosquito repellent!). The neighborhood is quite as it's a good 30 minute walk from the centre."
