"It is a 4-apart. building with shared access. We stayed at one of two on the top floor. Pros: 1. The view is truly beautiful, the first line of the seafront. You can sit there and watch sunsets every day. 2. The communication with the owner was fast and smooth. He was very attentive to all our requests, and they were fulfilled the same day. Cons: 1. "We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "Room was clean. No personal contact with property manager or owner. Just electronic instructions. Wifi was terrible. Slow and several disconnects. "

"We loved the washer-getting in a couple of loads really helped on an 1 month trip. Also , a nice deck overlooking the rooftops… hard to see the ocean tho. Parking on the property is always good ( no fee or parking 2 blocks away). Overall, a very comfortable stay and well worth the price. You will need to haul you luggage up 2 flights of steps tho. "
