Raul Soares Square is an elegant plaza of French design in the heart of Belo Horizonte. Several patches of grassy gardens adorn the perfect circle of the plaza, which has an impressive fountain at its core. Take photos of the fountain and enjoy the serenity of the park in this central part of the city. Wander along the well-paved paths among the dog-walkers and joggers who frequent this charming spot. Listen to the soothing sound of splashing water beside the fountain and gaze up at the rising towers that enclose the park, serving as the sole reminders of the urbanity outside of this plaza. A maze of paths adorned with colorful floral arrangements stretches out from the central fountain. Bring food and drinks for a picnic with your family and friends.
