Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

O hotel possui ótima localização, próximo a transporte público, farmácias e outros serviços, o que torna a estadia bastante conveniente. O custo-benefício é bom, principalmente por incluir café da manhã. No meu caso, o quarto apresentou um problema inicial: a janela não trancava, mas foi consertada rapidamente. O atendimento na recepção variou — a funcionária que me atendeu pela manhã foi um pouco ríspida, mas as demais foram muito prestativas, oferecendo ótimas orientações sobre os pontos turísticos da cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com variedade e equipe bastante atenciosa. Já o quarto tem alguns pontos a melhorar: o travesseiro era muito alto e duro, e as camas de solteiro um pouco estreitas. Em resumo, é uma boa opção para quem busca preço acessível, boa localização e praticidade em uma estadia curta.

A localização é excelente, mas o hotel deixa muito a desejar! Eu tinha que pedir para limpar o quarto todos os dias e, quando cheguei, não havia toalhas. Eu tive que ir à recepção para pedir, porque não há interfone no quarto, ou seja, não havia o básico de uma acomodação. A porta do banheiro estava com problema e fazia barulho quando era fechada ou aberta, além de não fechar direito. O quarto que escolhi foi o melhor do hotel, mas aquela acomodação estava longe de ser de nível razoável! Os funcionários da recepção são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã estava regular, quer dizer, não faltava nada, mas era repetitivo. Eu não me importo com isso. Para mim, bastava ter alimentos básicos como pães, bolos, sucos e café. Tinha tudo isso então estava perfeito para mim. A piscina foi frustrante, porque não estava limpa, mas eu não pretendia entrar nela mesmo.

Vamos começar pelos funcionários/ colaboradores. Pessoal da recepção ( todos os turnos-sem palavras, impecáveis, educados, resolutivos. Pessoal da limpeza acho q faltou um pouco de empatia e de limpeza. Pessoal da copa, faltou muita empatia e faltou provar o que colocam para o café da manhã, comida insossa, pessoas insossas( olha que já foi colocado por mim como o setor mais top do metrópole, porém dessa vez deixou muito a desejar. Quanto a infraestrutura, parece que o dono está de brincadeira, tirou férias e foi pra bubai. Como que deixa quartos sem lâmpada, lâmpadas de baixa amperagem, quartos com apenas 1 tomada elétrica, banheiro sem suporte de para sabonete e outros, como q pode saltar colchas, toalhas de rosto e até cobertores para quem eu vi, estava com frio. Existe paredes mofadas, elevador sem funcionar, piscina sem limpar. Enfim, o caos… mesmo assim pela localização e salvo pelo pessoal da recepção pretendo voltar. Fica a dica para o PATRÃO. Ou melhora ou passa o ponto. Não sou formado em hotelaria mas pretendo retornar para BH, me dá um emprego de gerente, carta branca e vou trazer as avaliações todas para acima de 80%

Ja fiquei muitas vezes nease local e sei que os quartos variam bastante, mas dessa vez fiquei no pior dw todos 114. Pessimo: pequeno, pia quebrada, sujo, toalhas furadas. Ruim mesmo. Espero que melhore, pois eu gostava muito desse hotel. Mas dessa forma, e so frustração.

A estadia foi ruim. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. As instalações são antigas e necessitam de manutenção. A limpeza do quarto e objetos estava péssima.
