The lovingly and faithfully refurbished half-timbered house has 6 apartments, all with their own access, private entrance and large terrace with grill, wooden furniture and pillows. All bedroom windows can be darkened. The half-timbered facade with stylish wooden windows, the luxurious full equipment with antique elements guarantee relaxation in the breath of bygone times. The apartment No. 1 (58m ²) is located on the front of the house with its own access via the terrace (32m ²) and adjacent parking space on the roadside. The terrace and green area are fenced with nostalgic wooden palisades and their own wooden gate. As soon as you arrive, the crunchy Baltic sea gravel on the terrace under your feet conveys a maritime atmosphere. Ball lights create a romantic atmosphere in the blue hour from 9 pm to midnight. The apartment No. 1 extends over two floors. The living room with kitchen and adjoining dining area is on the ground floor. A beautiful dimmable chandelier with 12 lights sits enthroned above the antique wooden table with 2 chairs. A cozy lounge in colonial style with a view of the 48 "flat screen TV and music system with CD player, USB and Bluetooth provide entertainment and cozy relaxation. The high-gloss built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It includes refrigerator incl. Freezer, sink, dishwasher, showcases with dishes and glasses, a stove with ceramic hob and touch control, an oven and two base cabinets with drawers. The kitchen equipment is complete with pots and pans and all the utensils necessary for cooking such as: potato masher, can opener, corkscrew, peeler, mixing stick, wooden spoon, garlic press, decent knife etc. A fully automatic coffee machine from Saeco and a milk frother conjure up a perfect cappuccino. There is also a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dishes and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. There are also espresso cups, coffee mugs, cereal bowls and some antique serving bowls and plates. In the 1st A wooden staircase (14 steps) leads to a small hallway with a chest of drawers and an antique mirror. From here it goes into the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom with high-gloss gray tiles offers a bathtub and rain shower, a vanity with two drawers, a large mirror with two additional lights and a towel radiator. A hair dryer with diffuser and a bath and towel per person are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160) with a wonderfully thick mattress, each side of the bed has a bedside table with a lamp and in front a round carpet. Next to the wardrobe with mirrored doors and interior lighting is a small antique chest of drawers. A nostalgic glass bowl, an additional table lamp with dimmed light and an antique picture create a nostalgic atmosphere. The beds are freshly made with great bed linen. An Internet connection via W-LAN is included in the price in all residential buildings. In der Wohnung ist der Mix aus Antiquitäten und Ikea charmant und der gepflegte Kaffee-Vollautomat hat uns sehr gefreut. Man sollte aber keine körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen haben, denn die Treppe ist steil und Betreten und Verlassen der Dusche über glatte geflieste Stufen erfordern Trittsicherheit. Auch die Wohnung selbst erreicht man nur über holperige Naturstein-Stufen. Das war aber für uns alles kein Problem. Im Nahfeld hat uns besonders die Nähe zum See mit einem sehr schönen Uferweg und der Badeanstalt gefallen. Zur weiteren Umgebung gefällt uns die ruhige Lage, von der sowohl die Ostseebäder als auch Lübeck bequem mit dem Rad zu erreichen sind. Die Straße vor dem Haus hat uns nicht gestört und von ihr wussten wir durch die Beschreibung ja auch vorher. Hauptmanko für mich war die schwache und häufig nicht erreichbare Internetverbindung bei gleichzeitig fehlender Mobilfunkverbindung (jedenfalls kein D2-Netz). Möglicherweise war das häusliche Netz durch die vielen belegten Wohnungen überfordert. Weil der DSL-Anschluss für Urlaubszwecke grundsätzlich schnell genug war, dürfte eine Investition in das Mesh Abhilfe schaffen können. ##### Frank L. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen, in der unteren Etagen befindet sich die offene Küche, der essbereich sowie das Wohnzimmer. In der 2 Etagen ist das Schlafzimmer sowie ein sehr schönes Badezimmer. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse die zum Verweilen einlädt.
