The magnificent villa Panoramica is set on a gentle slope near the sea, with four floors of indoor space and two levels of outside space, all of which are perfectly joined by a garden with beautiful olive trees.

When you first arrive at the estate, you'll be greeted with the scents and sounds of nature, as well as the unavoidable panoramic view of the sea from your bed. Enjoy all that the villa has to offer, from the singing of birds to dusk refreshed by a mistral from the sea.

It has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and television, and can accommodate a total of eight people. Enjoy your favorite meal in the indoor dining area or on the terrace, and demonstrate your culinary skills in one of two fully equipped kitchens. There is a huge terrace with a heated pool and jacuzzi on the spacious villa, from which you can enjoy panoramic views of southern Istria. There is a lounge space in the outdoor area where you may enjoy relaxing summer evenings with family and friends.

A fun area featuring a gym and wellness centre with a Finnish sauna, as well as a billiards room and a games room, can be found on the underground floor. On the ground level, there is also a garage. A private chef, massage, food delivery, daily cleaning, boat rental, and boat mooring can all be arranged upon request.
