(488 reviews) Our stay at Nikki Beach Resort Dubai had both highlights and disappointments. The hotel is beautifully designed—its architecture, grounds, and interiors are truly exceptional and thoughtfully curated. While much of our stay was enjoyable, two of the three days were significantly disrupted by private events held on the property. These events were extremely loud, with multiple music sources playing at the same time, making the beach and outdoor common areas unpleasant during the afternoons and evenings. Access to certain pathways and guest areas was also restricted due to the events. One event included several barbecue grills for cooking, which produced heavy smoke that spread throughout the pool areas, lounges, restaurants, and even into guest rooms. In addition, we were fully charged for the large incidental deposit on two separate credit cards, and more than two weeks later the funds have still not been reimbursed. This added unnecessary frustration at the end of an otherwise promising stay. The resort has the potential to be exceptional, but relocating disruptive private events away from guest common areas—and improving follow-up on billing matters—would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
