This building and has been remodeled from top to bottom and currently has two separate suites. Lola has lots to offer, we hope you enjoy your stay! ✔3 bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 4 twin beds ✔2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms ✔Tons of parking-Large lot that can accommodate trailers ✔Easy access to Hwy 44 and 385 ✔Close to Canyon Lake Park ✔Fast Wi-Fi ✔Private laundry About the property: The property is located on the west side of Rapid City providing easy access to Canyon Lake Park and Meadowbrook Golf Course. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥Off street parking with room for trailers and large vehicles ➥Great for large groups, weddings, family reunions, etc. ➥Great patio with propane firepit and grill ➥2 bedrooms have private bathrooms. ➥Recently remodeled and set up with modern furniture and décor ➥We are right across the street from Canyon Lake Park which offers playgrounds, fishing, horse-shoe pits, and more. ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wifi What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥There is some potential for traffic noise. The house is located on a fairly busy street. The traffic is much lighter during the evening/night and isn't very noticeable while in the house. ➥Lola is one of three suites in the building, the other two are Annie and June. Annie is attached (side by side) and June is the basement suite. There is potential for some noise from the other suites. We provides fans in case you prefer some white noise while you sleep. ➥We are located next door to a commercial office building. There is some daytime traffic in the parking lot but it is quiet at night. ➥We don't have a yard or any outdoor grassy area. We do have a patio and are located across the street from Canyon Lake Park. Our home sleeps 12 guests with three king beds, one sofa sleeper, and four twin beds. Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Other details to note: \-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time. \-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. \- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. \- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. \- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. \- No pets allowed in the home. \- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. \- The maximum occupancy on this property is 12 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. \- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. \- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. All 4 of us were extremely happy with the accommodations. The 3 bedrooms with King sized beds (2 with beautiful adjoining bathrooms) were great! The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful (as was every room in the rental) and we utilized it a majority of our stay for socializing) due to its large center island which easily accommodates up to 8 adults. Adam, our VRBO host, was always very courteous, professional and a timely communicator throughout our stay! I can not find one single negative comment to make about the entire rental itself. Overall this stay was great, we had 2 families staying under one roof. The bedrooms with attached baths was perfect for the couples, and 2 sets of bunk beds were great for the younger boys. A central, fully stocked kitchen and on site laundry made the trip more relaxed. We grilled outside, explored the park right across the street and made an easy 30-60 minute drive to all the attractions. Downtown rapids city was a wonderful place to explore and eat!! We did run into a couple hiccups along the way, but the host was quick to get things fixed, to the best of his abilities. We would stay here again! ##### Reshea L. This was a nice house and a pleasant experience! One of the primary things important to me are great mattresses, and these were wonderful! We stayed at "Lola" for during our trip to South Dakota and we absolutely loved this property! The bunk room, the play kitchen, and the many board games were a huge hit with our kids! It was so helpful to have all the amenities provided- soap, towels, paper towels, paper plates, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate and popcorn! This place was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. As a bonus, it was centrally located to all the places we went - Bear Country USA (go right when it opens! ), Reptile Gardens, Storybook Island, Dinosaur Park, and of course Mount Rushmore and the National President Wax Museum. Our vacation was amazing and we were extremely blessed to stay in the comforts of this property! Thank you so much to our hosts!! ##### Julie P. The beds were great and there was plenty of room! We loved the updated current modern kitchen and furnishings. No yard for the kids was slight bummer but not a deal breaker. Walked to the little corner store and across the busy street to the beautiful park. Had a baby deer visit on front patio area one morning which was delightful! The cleaning of the floors could be improved as they were sticky to walk on with or w/out shoes. All in all - very nice home and it worked perfectly for us! Thanks you so much! ##### Virginia B.
