This restored 2500 sq ft historic home features five bedrooms, a hot tub, beautiful outdoor living area, and a 75 inch television for movie night! The home is centrally located in The West Blvd Neighborhood - minutes from downtown restaurants and entertainment, and a short drive to all the Black Hills has to offer - Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, Needles Highway, & much more! This beautiful Craftsman home is located in the quiet Historic West Boulevard District. Luxuriously appointed, the home features a gas fireplace, heated bathroom floors, a spa, two outdoor seating areas, a movie room, leather furniture, and high-end finishes throughout. The home boasts two separate kitchens as well as laundry rooms in the basement and the upstairs master suite. A Nespresso machine is provided for your morning latte as you get started on your next adventure in the Black Hills! You will have access to the entire home and can easily enjoy morning and evening walks in the quiet peaceful historic neighborhood. There are multiple free off-street parking sites up the side alley at the back door and free on street parking as well. Hiking and walking trails in the beautiful Skyline Wilderness Park are a couple blocks west up nearby St. Cloud Street. You are a few minutes drive from all of Rapid City’s shopping, breweries, and coffee shops. The home is central to everything the Black Hills has to offer. 25 minutes to Mount Rushmore. 35 minutes to Sheridan Lake. 45 minutes to Sylvan Lake and the Custer game loop.

Great location for nearby attractions and walkable to downtown Rapid City. The house was clean and there was lots of space for our party of 7 adults.Easy check-in but we arrived after dark and there was no outside light so a little tricky finding the house at first.All-in-all we had a great stay and would stay at the house again.
