For noise complaints 7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 7.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 8\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. Follow all check-out procedures: 1\. Take out all trash 2\. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher) Note: \* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the carpet). We had to make another trip to get ice and drinking water, the water/ice dispenser in the fridge didn’t work. One of the coffee makers didn’t work. This did not affect our stay, but the lawn was very long, lots of dandelions and weeds…very unkept. We stayed 5 nights and had a good time, plenty of room for the kids to play, loved the sunroom. The property was easy to find, close to dining options and very roomy. Glad we had brought toilet paper as there was virtually none in any of the 3 bathrooms. But once inside, there are so many bedrooms and bathrooms and extra living spaces! We had 9 family members, 3 generations, in this home and survived because there was space to be all together or be alone. It was an ideal central location for Mt Rushmore, Wind and Jewel Caves, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, and Badlands National Park. Some family members went on long bike rides from the house or drove to Spearfish Canyon or Badlands to bike. Grocery store and gas stations very nearby. Safe neighborhood. The breaker was not the issue, of 3 lights on the sun porch, one worked, too dim to read after dark. Front upstairs bedroom has extremely soiled carpet. Overall too many problems ##### Gay H.
