However, if you leave it partially filled with dirt and trash scattered around, a fee of $350 will be imposed to cover the cost of draining and refilling the hot tub, as charged by the hot tub company. \- For the safety and maintenance of the hot tub, please ensure it is re-locked after each use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine. \- Children are under constant supervision and are never left alone. Diving, jumping, or frequently entering and exiting the tub should be avoided. Any damages will be incurred by the guest. Follow all check-out procedures: 1\. Take out all trash 2\. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher) Note: \* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the carpet).
