If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns. Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm. 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. For noise complaints 7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out. 7.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 8\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 9\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded. Follow all check-out procedures: 1\. Take out all trash 2\. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher) Note: \* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). The neighborhood is new, quaint and quiet. It was perfectly located for our needs, as we left the city each day for day trips around the Black Hills and the Badlands. We were close to downtown and close to groceries and restaurants. The house itself was fresh and modern and beautifully decorated. It was clean upon our arrival. The furnishings (couches and beds) were comfortable. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals after a day of sightseeing. The washing machine and dryer came in handy when we wanted to wash our newly purchased souvenir shirts and sweatshirts. The owner responded quickly when I reach out with questions. After the first day they asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay better. I appreciated the interest they took in our comfort.
