Walking distance from Downtown, the Monument (formerly known as the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center) and popular in-town hiking trails on M-Hill. Everything is curated to make you fall in love with the space, but comfortable enough to make you feel right at home! Off-street parking and aesthetically pleasing space. Responsive hosts who love to serve our guests! \*WE ALLOW UP TO TWO DOGS ONLY. PET FEE APPLICABLE. THERE IS A ONE-TIME PET FEE OF $75. NO CATS. PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR DETAILS.\* \*No smoking allowed on property\* Please call us if you need anything and we will do our best to help! Just a short drive or walk away from the best local restaurants, shops, and the Monument Arena (formerly known as the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.) We recommend renting a vehicle for your stay, as our city’s public transit is lacking. Uber & Lyft are available in Rapid City Some quick property rules: \-This property is dog-friendly! :) If you plan to bring your dog, pre-approval is required. There is also a one-time pet fee of $75 per pet. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. Dog waste must be disposed of and any damages or additional cleaning may incur additional fees. Also, furry feline friends are lovely but unfortunately, we do not accept cats at this particular property. \-No Smoking or Vaping of any substances. If we find evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping in the property there will be a minimum of $250 added to your stay. The property is smoke free. \-Please respect neighbors by being quiet after 10pm and 8am. We loved this hidden gem. While driving the neighborhood we were wondering.. what the whaaa?.. And then we found it. Such a clean and well appointed two bedroom apartment. Overall nice place more description of the possible noise from upstairs would be helpful also maybe a no shoes policy for the upstairs rental would be great.
