If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns. Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm. 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved 4\. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors. 5\. For noise complaints: 6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 6.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 7\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 8\. Follow state laws when using a fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended. 9\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded. Follow all check-out procedures: 1\. Neighborhood was safe. House was clean. Easy to get anywhere in town from this location. We had some minor issues with the temp inside the house being really warm.
