Everything you need for a fabulous stay. Beautifully decorated, 3 oversized bedrooms. Luxury linens and Egyptian Cotton bath towels. All bedrooms with new queen memory foam beds, 1 is an adjustable base. Ceiling fans in each room. Outdoor Grill for your evening meals. Home is newly remodeled on the inside. No expense was spared relative to the furnishings and the decor. This home undergoes a rigorous cleaning far and above any other home on the website. ex: It's a given fact that properties change your linens on the beds - We don't just change the pillowcases and the sheets like most properties. We change the pillow covers under the pillowcase, we change the mattress pad covers under the sheets, and we change all the bedding including the blankets and comforters. WE TAKE CLEAN to a whole new level. A large, oversized driveway for parking. High speed wireless internet throughout the home and a smart TV in the main living area. Maps for the Black Hills and coupon books for local attractions provided. Contactless check in. Daily maid service can be provided at an additional charge after booking. Grocery stocking can also be provided at an additional charge after booking. Some staple pantry items are provided. Property managers are local and available for special requests. Discounts given for the following; * KOC 4th Degree card member in rental party, ** stay related to a family member hospitalized at Monument Health, *** veterans and current military. just let us know after booking. This house is not owner occupied. You will have the entire home to yourselves. Property maintenance such as mowing etc, is scheduled for Thursdays, weather permitting. The garage is not available for auto parking. It is available to our guests traveling on 2 wheels if needed for storage for a fee. NO PETS. There will be a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets at the property. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons between the ages of 0 and 100. $150 per night for each additional person more than noted in the reservation.

Great vacation home

Perfect property to set up as a base for SD touring

We visited Rushmore, Badlands and Spearfish/Deadwood while staying at this comfortable, clean , functional home. We all slept well every night. Enjoyed the smart TV for evenings relaxing. We used the kitchen for breakfast and made a meal. Would stay again for sure.

Nice retreat!

Checking in was a breeze, we got a text with all the information we needed. The house was super clean and updated. The patio was nice with a grill and patio set.beds were amazing, and extra amenities were provided. It was everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the host.

Wonderful 3-Bedroom House

We enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood. The home is as described. A comfortable, three bedroom ranch, this house was immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and each bedroom was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. We'd happily stay here again!again.

Cute house in Rapid City

What a great find! The house is nicely renovated and so well decorated that our teenaged son even commented on it! Really comfortable and well supplied. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. If there were 2 bathrooms it would have been perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

I stayed here with a few friends and family members for a girls weekend. This was a great, clean place! We really loved the decor and details the owners put into this place. The games in the cabinet MADE our night! Check in and check out process was super simple. Location was great as far as being near downtown attractions but far away enough to have some peace and quiet. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, clean, and great location!

This was a wonderful house. Very comfortable for four adults. The furniture and decorations were all very nice, modern, and very comfortable. Best of all, it was very clean. We did not use the kitchen much, but it had everything that you might need. The owner was very attentive to our needs and responded to messages quickly – within a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend this for anyone interested in a central location to visit everything in this area. I would stay here again.

Everything and more!

From our first day of our arrival this home was great. The location is a perfectly centralized spot with easy access to tourist attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you could want. The property was very clean (smelled great) and well stocked with everything you would need (except food). The beds were comfortable for my family and the bonus of an adjustable bed made the stay so much more like home. We will be back for another stay!! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location

This home was very comfortable and felt like home. The decor was beautiful. It was also in a very good location and easy to get to all the tourist attractions. The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well. The master bedroom had 100% room darkening curtains which were great. I would suggest getting some for the other bedrooms. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

Perfect place to unwind

We had a great stay! This house is so clean and cozy. The decor is very updated and my kids thought the lamps and ceiling fans were so cool. There are travel size toiletries like shaving cream, deodorant, shampoo, and body wash if you forgot something. That was a nice touch for sure. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of blankets to keep you warm if needed. It's about a 25-30 minute drive to Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park but the drive is so scenic. It's close to Walmart and plenty of other restaurants/coffee shops. The only thing I wasn't about was check out. There were no instructions and I didn't hear back from the owner so we ended up doing all dishes, completing all laundry, emptying trash, etc. which is fairly standard for most places. We would definitely stay here again!

Poor Communication

House is very nice and roomy. Neighborhood is quiet and a good central location. Down side was communication with the property manager and the owner. The first night, there was a loud tone coming from the alarm system every two to three minutes, it took more than an hour and a half until it shut off. Had difficulty contacting the property manager and was told that they were trying to get to the property owner. Second day, the tone was back. After an internet search, determined that the cause was the owner had failed to pay the bill for hte service. Determined that reading the message cause the tone to stop. Contacted the property manager again and told them the issue. They finally contacted the owner and arrange to have the security system bill paid.

Clean, comfy and quiet!

We enjoyed our stay! Clean with comfy beds and cozy living room. Felt like home. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the neighborhood was, especially at night. Definitely would stay here again!
