Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm. 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200. 7\. For noise complaints 7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 7.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 8\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 9\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded. Follow all check-out procedures: 1\. Take out all trash 2\. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher) Note: \* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the carpet). We fit comfortably in the house and we all loved the game room. The house is very cute and updated. The house was really nice. Houses are close in the neighborhood, but had no problems or issues with noise. There is someone across street with several dogs but we never heard them at night.
