Welcome to your ideal basecamp for exploring the beautiful Black Hills! This spacious, modern two-story home is perfectly designed for large families and groups, comfortably sleeping 10+ guests across four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. You'll find stunning views and a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure.
Main Living Area:
Open-concept great room with multiple sofas and a 65-inch Smart HDTV for entertainment. Large dining area, ideal for group meals and creating lasting memories. Modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring dark wood cabinetry, gleaming granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen amenities include: complete set of cookware, dishes, utensils, children's dinnerware, toaster, blender, and a Duo Keurig machine (brewing both K-cups and drip coffee). An initial supply of coffee pods, sweeteners, and creamers is provided. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements (4 Bedrooms):
Each bedroom offers comfortable bedding, with extra pillows and blankets available. Master bedroom: King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two additional upper-floor bedrooms: Each with a Queen bed. Downstairs bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle, perfect for younger guests. Dedicated workspace available for those needing to stay connected or work remotely.
Bathrooms: One modern bathroom features a large walk-in tiled shower. Another upper-level full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower. Half bathroom on main level.
Outdoor Living: Back patio with a large propane grill (utensils provided) and comfortable seating. Gather around the fire pit for evening stories (wood not included). Large, grassy, unfenced backyard offering amazing South Dakota sunrise views over Ellsworth Air Force Base to the east. Ample parking is available in the driveway.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or LARGE GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time. The only individuals authorized to be on the property during Quiet Hours are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property. Any unauthorized visitors during Quiet Hours, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund, The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings. The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.
