If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns. Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm. 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. For noise complaints 7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out. 7.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 8\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 9\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded. Follow all check-out procedures: 1\. Take out all trash 2\. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher) Note: \* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest. \* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host.
