Book today! About the house: Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Rapid City. It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Arcade games and foosball ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Covered front porch that is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Off street parking ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wi-Fi on our 55 inch smart tv What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥There are two houses on the same lot so the parking lot is shared but there is plenty for everyone Our home sleeps 10 guests with 3 queen beds, 3 single beds, and 1 single sized sofa sleeper. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest ➥Extra sheets and pillows are provided in case they are needed Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Other details to note: \-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time. \-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. \- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. \- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. \- No pets allowed in the home. \- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. \- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. \- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. \- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. \- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host.
