Charming and comfortable home away from home
This property is tidy, comfortable and practical with a pleasurable outdoor space. Situated on the border of Mary Hall park and within steps of Rapid City's bike and walking path that connects to many of the city's parks, this location has nature at it's finger tips within the city limits. Access to I-90 and Sturgis Road in less than a mile and within 25 minutes of the heart of the beautiful Black Hills. This home is private, within a safe and friendly neighborhood. The backyard fire pit, lovely gardens, and gentle lime creek are sure to lure you in for some outdoor fun and relaxation. Inside the home, it welcomes you with a bright and open kitchen and living area with views of Mary Hall Park. Downstairs, a cozy and comfortable living area and bedroom (queen air mattress) and bathroom (shower). Upstairs there are more inviting bedrooms (1king, 1 full, and 1 crib) and a pleasant bathroom (tub/shower combo). This home contains 4 bedrooms, please message owner for additional bed accomodations.
