Hyvä sänky ja ulkokylppäri kuten Thaimaassa on usein tapana. Hyttysiä sattui majoituksemme aikaan suht paljon, joten bungalowin varustuksessa ollutta moskiittoverkkoa kannattaa ehdottomasti käyttää. Bamboo sijaitsee isolla rannalla, saaren lauttasataman vastakkaisella puolella. Mopotaksilla pääsee perille nopeasti ja edullisesti pientä tietä pitkin. Kävelemään ei kannata lähteä, matka on aika pitkä. Bamboon ruoka oli perushyvää ja edullista, mutta erityisesti iltaisin tarjolla ollut tuoreiden merenelävien bbq-pöytä oli maittava. Ravintola ja terassit on kivasti suoraan rannan yhteydessä ja paikka houkutteleekin ruokailijoita rannalta pitkin päivää. Bamboo vaikutti olevan turistiseurueiden suuressa suosiossa, mutta rauhaa ja omaa tilaa löytyy kivasti. Ranta on hieno, sandflyt ja pienet polttiaiset hiukan kiusasivat.
