The room size and design is excellent, but quite a few things are missing, which is a shame.
For example, there is a washing machine but no soap powder, and worse, no iron nor ironing board...
The lobby area is underwhelming. It feels like it was not supposed to be there in the original design.
The Fountain restaurant was OK, but really missed out on being quite special. The service there was not brilliant.

Amazing stay at Capella Bangkok. Room and hotel just perfect. Staff super attentive. No detail was too small. Fantastic included breakfast. Free river boat service. Can’t wait to come back again. Wish we weren’t leaving 😢

We had a 10 star experience!!! This was the last stop on a lengthy celebration trip and it couldn't have been better. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, more space than we needed, but the most memorable experience! The view! The service! The breakfast! The lounge upgrade is worth it too!
