The room was fine and quiet. However, there was no mini fridge in the room, so we could not keep any of our supermarket-bought food cold. We ended up asking the restaurant staff to keep our food in their drink fridge (which they fortunately agreed to do), but that was very inconvenient. Also, the entire property (outside of the rooms) had a heavy smell of animal manure. We tried eating at the picnic tables onsite but gave up after 10 minutes because of the smell.

Our door was off its hinges. They wanted 600 krona for a disposable coffee cup. The rooms were 85°F. The TV had no channels. It smelled like horse manure in our room. Not very helpful. 2 towels in the room only.

We had a good two night stay. The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant provided a buffet breakfast which was good. Dinner was excellent. Parking was in front of the hotel rooms.

We arrived late and when we opened our hotel room door there was already a guest there! It took them more than an hour to get us another accommodation because the hotel was full. They tried to blame the poor guest somehow, but they had clearly made a mistake by giving the room to both us and the other guest. No compensation was made. If booking this hotel I strongly suggest making sure that they have the room available and not has given it to someone else.

Hôtel calme, propre. Il a fallu cependant demander une intervention (faite rapidement avec le sourire) pour nettoyer l'évacuation de la douche et rtrouverune odeur acceptable. Le restaurant est simple, le PDJ complet avec des produits sains. Le prix est très correct ( ne pas oublier cependant que l'Islande a un PIB par habitant supérieur à la Suisse...).Un bon choix pour 1 nuit.

Rural settings, next to a golf course, quiet and friendly staff. Room conditions seemed a bit outdated but overall comfortable and spacious. Bartender and server were excellent at their job, handling a large number of customers with care , and attention.

My room was next to the kitchen, and there was always someone cooking — even in the middle of the night. The radiator in the room was broken, and the landlord hadn’t mentioned it beforehand. When we called him, he said there was a small heater, but it made a loud blowing noise that made it impossible to sleep. In the end, we had no choice but to turn it off and endure the cold and the noise from the kitchen. It was a terrible experience.

Excellent place yo stay. Private, clean , large bathroom with capacity for wheelchair. Delicious breakfast buffet. Room had a tv which was great to relax in bed and watch a movie after a busy few days of sightseeing and hiking. Highly recommend! Thank you
