The food is really good, and the atmosphere is nice. The views are breathtaking. There’s also a sauna, which is a nice touch. The Black Beach Walk is also scenic. Second, we arrived around 6pm only to find out there was no power in half of the pods. Being 20 degrees Fahrenheit out, we were forced to sit in the community dining area. No message from host or anything regarding this issue. Multiple groups of people were in the same situation as us. All we were told was there was an electrician on their way to resolve it. Electricity wasn’t restored until 11pm… only a very small space heater was provided in the pods which was not sufficient enough to comfortably sleep. The lock also froze so we were unable to latch the door. We ended up booking a different hotel and so glad we did. Tried messaging and calling the property about the issues and still haven’t heard back here a week later. DO NOT STAY HERE! Maybe in the summer it would be great but this place shouldn’t be advertised for winter stays of there is not sufficient heat.
