The sleeping areas are located in the kitchen and in two separate bedrooms. The Wi-Fi is very good. Parking is available nearby, within a maximum distance of 300 metres. There is an Edeka supermarket, a bakery, and a pharmacy, as well as several restaurants. The city of Würzburg is about 6 km away and is easily accessible by public transport.

    The kitchen was newly purchased in the summer of 2022 and is equipped as follows: 2 hot plates, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes for 4 people, ... (see photos).
    The kitchen features a box-spring bed (90x200), a dining area, and a flat-screen TV with satellite. The first bedroom also has a box-spring bed (90x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV with satellite. The other (second) bedroom has a box-spring bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite.
