This is a delightful hotel! Located in the heart of Rander's old neighborhood, it's charming and walkable, but with lots of shopping and dining options very close. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay something we will remember.

Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms!
Loved this hotel. Excellent place to say with comfortable spacious rooms, great service and convenient location. Loved walking around this little town in the evening after dinner. Will not be staying elsewhere on my next trip to the area.

Lovely
Lovely hotel. Loved the decor. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Randers or surrounding area. Food was also quite good. Thumbs up.

Nice hotel in the middle of town
Noisy due to flag banging outside of window, outside noises fairly loud. Breakfast good, bed soft Sinks in bathroom quite chipped but shower great. Private parking available, worked well as the car was packed with ski gear.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and spacious and the wifi is good. my only problem is that the heating is controlled by the reception desk so the room was cold.in my opinion I am the customer paying for the room if i want it cold or hot it should be my choice I should not have to ask reception to turn the heating on. The receptionist looked like she did not even want to put it on and turned it up 2 degrees, Thanks but still the radiators never got warm. So if you like a warm room in the winter months in Denmark don't stay here. apart from that it is a good hotel.

It is correct that we adjust the temperature from the reception, as we have earlier experienced problems with the heating points, when our guests change it themselves, as it is very individually what people prefer. This is truly one of the best hotels I have used in Denmark. Staff service and friendliness is TOP! Property is freshly renovated and clean. Restaurant downstairs offers good options. I highly recommend it!

Hotel Randers - Best in Randers
Really nice - moved my room as I wanted a bath too. More than happy to help and also there was a glass of wine on arrival. Parking is tight but not really an issue. Sauna and gym are good. Overall very nice and reccomended.

I've been staying at this hotel regularly through many years - location is great, the hotel has an old-fashion kind of cosyness that it has managed to maintain even after the recent renovation.

Hotel Randers is a nice place, and it is nice located in centrum of the city. We were lucky to get a parkingplace at the hotel, but you have to pay Dkr. 90 for one night.

Just perfect!
This Hotel is perfectly located in in the Centre of Randers. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel is newly renovated. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Randers.
