From the fire pit and comfortable Adirondack chairs to the gazebo covering the hot tub and outdoor dining, the back yard has been perfectly situated to maximize the expansive views, sunrises and sunsets. The primary bedroom features an on-suite bath, large window and huge walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom also features a large window and walk-in closet. Radiant in-floor heat and electric fireplace insert and all the insulation of new construction keep the home cozy in the winter and the classic southwestern saltillo tile and abundant windows and fans keep the home comfortable in the warmest summer months.
