Charming free standing Casita in Taos, NM

  • Our Casita is an inviting vacation rental located in Taos, New Mexico. The two bedroom, two bath house offers breathtaking views of sunsets off the back portal, and east views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. We provide our guests with the utmost comfort by supplying them with organic sheets, towels, mattresses and bed pillows. We also use non-toxic cleaning products and provide non-toxic soaps. The kitchen is appointed with fiesta ware, stainless cookware & a non-toxic non-stick frying pan. Mexican glassware and more.

    The house is conveniently located approximately 4 miles from the Taos Plaza and Taos Country Club golf course, making it the perfect location for a getaway. We are also located 22 miles from the Taos Ski Valley. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the area, our Casita is the perfect home away from home.

My husband and I had a great stay at this lovely Casita! Katy was very welcoming and accommodating. The home was very clean and comfortable, super cozy. The fenced in back yard was nice for our small pup. We also were very pleased with the golf at the Taos Country Club. All in all we had a great stay and we will return!

This house was perfect for my weeklong stay in Taos. It was clean and quiet and well-appointed with everything I needed and town is just a short drive away for visiting all that Taos has to offer. Katy was super responsive and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

The casita was indeed charming. From the moment we entered, until the time we departed, we were warm and cozy! The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a nice meal. The home was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. We have already booked to stay again next week!

We had a wonderful stay with old friends in this lovely Casita. Beautifully decorated and very cozy and accommodating. Gorgeous Taos vacation rental

Highly recommend this beautiful, well appointed casita!! It is stylish, comfortable, and a fantastic location for adventures around the Taos area. Wonderful stay here in Taos, the host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. She left us coffee and went out of her way to also leave us creamer! Amenities were great, comfortable bedding, plenty of towels and kitchen items to cook with! We would stay here agin.

What a delightful, quiet, and cozy little house! It’s an excellent launchpad for adventures of all sorts: visit Taos, explore restaurants, and enjoy the New Mexico outdoors. It’s outside of town and that’s just lovely: close enough for adventure, remote for relaxing and stargazing.

Weekend Retreat

Katy’s place was the perfect home away from home. Beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views. The big fenced backyard was a nice bonus while traveling with our dog. A Perfect Place to Stay In Taos

We were so very pleased with our stay at this adorable home. Very comfortable! The beds were especially comfy. We had everything we needed. And the house was so beautifully designed and decorated. We often sat on the back porch to watch the sunsets in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with Katy, the owner, was warm, welcoming and informative. We highly recommend!

Gem of a rental!

This is a great rental! So much character! Great location with proximity to downtown and skiing in Sipapu. Close to the Gorge. We had an amazing stay here and can’t wait to come back! Host was easy to access for communication and replied so quickly. Everything about this was wonderful!

Perfect New Mexico hospitality experience

This property is beautiful! Like new, very clean, and had everything we needed. Perfect amount of space for our family of four. The views are amazing! We loved sitting outside on the patio, taking in the scenery. The host was an excellent communicator. Cannot recommend enough!
