Hacienda Santa Rosa is a 1.4 acre, 8 bedroom estate on prestigious Clancy Lane in Rancho Mirage, California. The outdoor paradise has 2 pools, a spa, full size lighted tennis court, basketball, ping pong, outdoor kitchen, firepit lounge, kids playground, and plenty of spots to soak up the beautiful mountain views. Indoors the 6000 square foot interior gives your group plenty of space to spread out. Living room with wet bar, gourmet kitchen, dining room, billiards room, along with 8 bedrooms, 5   
 Hacienda Santa Rosa is a 1.4 acre, 8 bedroom estate on prestigious Clancy Lane in Rancho Mirage, California. The outdoor paradise has 2 pools, a spa, full size lighted tennis court, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, outdoor kitchen, firepit lounge, kids playground, and plenty of spots to soak up the beautiful mountain views. Indoors the 6000 square foot interior gives your group plenty of space to spread out. Living room with wet bar, gourmet kitchen, dining room, billiards room, along with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 half baths. Sleeps 18\. Private, park-like grounds, yet located extremely close to shopping, dining, movie theaters, golf, tennis and spas.  
  
 Outdoors features a main pool and spa surrounded by lounge chairs, as well as a second lap pool. The built in outdoor kitchen has a gas BBQ, side grill, sink and an island with bar seating for 3\. Outdoor table with seating for 8\. Another outdoor table has seating for 6\. Down below is a full size tennis court with lights to play anytime. 2 basketball hoops, and a tennis cabana for the fans. Other yard amenities include a Petanque court (French bocce ball court), a huge kid's playground, and a firepit lounge to enjoy in the evenings. Hacienda Rosa evokes a beautiful sense of traditional California luxury.  
  
 Indoors, the first great room has comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, TV, and wet bar - all overlooking stunning views out to the mountains. The billiards great room has more seating, bar tables, TV and fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has high end appliances, a gas range, large center island, and 6 more seats at the bar separating the kitchen and billiards room. The kitchen nook table has seating for 7, and the formal dining room has seating for 8\.   
  
 Upstairs has five of the Guest Bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King bed, private balcony with stairs down to the pool, gas fireplace, TV and a circular crow's nest style office with views. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, shower with dual heads and a walk in closet.   
  
 Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have King beds, flatscreen TVs and share easy access to the hall bathroom with shower. The bunk room has 2 Twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds for the kids.   
  
 Downstairs the second Master has a King bed, TV, and large en suite bath with an oversized shower and dual sinks. Suites 7 and 8 have King beds, flatscreen TVs and en suite baths with showers.   
  
 Sleeping Summary: 7 Kings. 2 Twin Bunk Beds. Sleeps 18\. Parking for 8 cars.  
  
 Other Amenities: Wireless internet. 2 more half bathrooms. High quality linens, bath and pool towels and a starter set of soaps in each bathroom. Laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Off street parking for 8\.   
  
 Located in a very exclusive area of Rancho Mirage. El Paseo is just a few miles away. Walking distance to the Omni Resort & Spa as well as The River, an outdoor shopping destination with restaurants, movie theater, and entertainment. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is a few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells, home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
