Drink a cup of Joe aside the private pool & spa or enjoy your favorite cocktail as the golfers play on. The home has a comfortable open layout with three nicely appointed bedrooms, updated bathrooms and indoor laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with a seamless large bay window to fully enjoy the views when cooking or eating at the counter bar. The master suite and 2nd bedroom both have California King beds and have ensuite bathroom access. The Bunk bedroom is perfect for any age and can sleep 3 with the futon roller under the bottom bunk. Plenty of closet space and a two-car garage and private driveway parking. The entire condo has been fully renovated and includes everything you will need!
