"Clean!"

"The location of the property to Pico was excellent, this was the highlight. Basic amenities were provided for. After a long flight from Australia, arriving 7am, I wasn’t able to check in until 3pm which was hard. My room smelled as if someone had been sleeping in it for a week; it wasn’t aired out. Room service is only on request, wish was surprising. The overall property cleanliness standard was below average, with stains on the outdoor furniture, a broken bed frame and excessive dust. The fitness center was big enough to stand in it only, with a few missing weights and very limited facilities - this was a disappointment. Overall, I would stay there again for the location and the basic amenities. "

"Great location as could walk to stadium and other things easily . Only 20 minutes from LAX. Only thing I needed was microwave , but properly doesn’t have one at all on premise for customers "

"Loved my stay at Mayumi as a solo traveler. It's a really beautiful place (the courtyard is great) and the rooms were modern and clean. Staff was all friendly and the location was convenient for a person without a car because there is a grocery store right across the street. "

"Firstly we would like to say that the front reception sraff greeted us with great customer service. We would like to express our disappointment with what we experienced with the overall quality of the Ramada. Upon arrival there was a really bad smell regardless of which floor you went to the smell was lingering. The beds were so uncomfortable to which there was bumps in the mattress digging in to my side. The next morning I heard a knock at the door and without having any time to say anything, the door was unlocked by the cleaner and I was changing. The wifi quality was very poor to the point were you couldn't even watch a movie. Personally I do not recommend anyone to stay here. The only reason why we chose the location is because it was close to all the places we wanted to visit."

"I was there for a quick work trip. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The pool area was clean. The water was a little bit chilly, but it was February after all. I enjoyed the little bit of sunshine. I could get in my escape from the New England winter. The bar area downstairs was nice. All of the staff were helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are not used to city noises, maybe bring a pair of earplugs if you are also a light sleeper. I was on the 9th floor, but could still hear some cars from the streets. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a walkable area. I felt safe walking around. "
