The entire experience was undoubtedly much better than all our previous experiences in similar properties throughout West Malaysia. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Service levels were excellent - people were friendly, helpful, and prompt. The breakfast provided, while basic, was however enjoyable and adequate. The only gripes we had: 1\. This place was at a relatively lower altitude, and therefore temperatures were not as cool as we were originally hoping for in the mountains. 2\. No curtains in the bedrooms - we were forced to awake with the sunrise. Overall an enjoyable experience for the entire family, and all of us liked it."
