The cook deserves high praise for the excellent breakfast. The staff, many of whom are high school students, are very friendly and chatty. Do remember to pack a pair of flip-flops as shoes are not allowed into the hostel rooms. And the communal kitchen can be in a different wing of the hostel from where you are staying. The hostel is conveniently close to the bus-stops for buses going to (about 200 meters uphill) and from (just across the road) Bodo/Fauske."
