If you’re staying in Landstuhl, book Hotel Restaurant Rosenhof. Clean, cozy, and quiet—no drama, just comfort. But let’s be real: the shower deserves its own award. Best shower in Germany. Great pressure, actually hot water, and it made me question every shower I had before it. Would happily stay again (and yes, mostly for the shower).

Adorable hotel that had just what we needed for our stay to visit our son for the holiday! Nice and quiet. Small shower, but we’ve had worse and didn’t mind. Had a fridge, which was a plus! Recommend to any travelers to the area!

Front desk staff very friendly. Overall the stay was very good. Two very small complaints; if you are at the end of the row you hear the traffic at night. However, they did provide ear plugs which was a thoughtful touch. The property is a little older but very well maintained and very clean.

Nice, but noisy

Staff here was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. My only issue is they provide ear plugs… because you need them. The roadway next to this hotel is extremely noisy and you can hear the people in the room next to you. For that reason alone, I would not stay again.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. However, there was no remote to turn on the air conditioner, and there is no one at the service desk after 9pm to call and ask for help. Fortunately, we travel with a small portable fan, but it would have been much better if the AC could have been turned on.

The room was great with a queen bed ,a microwave ,a refrigerator and individual quilts. The only slightly negative thing was it was very hot the day we were there .the AC was not on and we had to go and ask how we turn it on as there was no thermostat for it. My husband came back with a remote . we could not get it to work and we had to go back again hoping that the office was still open. It was and then they said oh we gave you the wrong one. Well they never even told us about having to get the remote to work the AC when we checked in . that should have been automatic. Otherwise everything else was very good

The apartment was fabulous!!! Very clean, roomy and comfortable. Grocery and eateries were within walking distance. Train station across the street and yet the area was quiet and relaxing. The only issue was that service was non existent. Towels were changed out 1x a week, however we had to but TP ourselves. The staff was wonderful, but the people that did the repairs was seriously lacking. We had a safety issue with our bed (kept falling apart causing bruises multiple times a night {5x's!!!} for multiple nights {3 nights}). We reported it on Monday afternoon. We were told someone would be by Tuesday or Wednesday to fix it and no one showed until 9am on Friday. By that time we had made the repair ourselves. (By Wednesday afternoon we went out purchased what was needed and made the repairs ourselves).
