The hotel was a clean and smart haven in the city. Excellent position for all the transport links (less than an hour to the airport). Only 10 minutes from two major Beer Gardens! We only had breakfast at the hotel, a good fresh selection of the usual suspects with some local specialities but the staff made it! Charming and subtlety attentive. Splendid!

10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

"We enjoyed out stay but when we went to check in an older woman was rude and said it's all technology today and laughed. If course it didn't work and I said your technology is outdated.
