"We had to stay at the Courtyard for a month while our house was being remodeled from a flood. At first, I wasn’t sure about the property due to the age, but we had to stay there due to its location near the high school. I was pleasantly surprised at how updated the hotel is and it always smelled very fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly and always accommodating to our needs."

"From the start Karen took of me. I called the morning of my arrival with a concern and she addressed it immediately. Upon my arrival, she greeted me and remembered me from the call. While going through credit card formalities, she briefed me on the wonderful dining options (and available discounts), parking rules, and entertainment nearby. She also mentioned the amenities available at the hotel. Really impressed with the room and setup. Everything was clean and appeared new. Just might want to remind cleaning staff to be mindful of the dust that accumulates on the vent above the sink in the bathroom. Wasn’t a lot but it was present. Highly recommend staying here. Nearby food options are excellent. Quick walk across the parking lot."
