An oasis of peace and tranquillity

If luxury for you is tranquillity and a fantastic view to the sea and into the green pines, this will be the right place for you. The house and furniture are not the most modern ones, but it is perfectly clean and cosy. Also the reception and checkout with Mme Fournier went perfectly. We had already been guests two years ago and we hope to come back another year. So yes, we really do recommend the location!

One of the best situated houses in Ramatuelle because of its combination of fantastic view to the sea, very quite and only nature from pool to the coast-line. And infrastructure however nearby.

We had a lovely time in the house. The location was very fine with an outstanding view from a private terrace and pool. Nice furniture, although not new. Linen and sheets are at an extra cost. Kitchen was well equipped but simple and small. Nice grill outside

Jederzeit wieder

Wir haben die 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht und Pool sehr genossen. Es hat die ideale Größe um mit Freunden Urlaub zu machen. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich ist schön eingerichtet. Die Möbel in den Schlafzimmern hätten etwas Erneuerung notwendig. Die Aussicht und die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft. Ich würde lediglich vorschlagen die Küche zu entrümpeln (weniger ist mehr!) und eine Generalüberholung/Reinigung zu machen. Deshalb Sauberkeit nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Stromkosten sind extra - wurde mir kurz vor Anreise mitgeteilt und muss bar am Ende entrichtet werden. Muss man wissen.

Das Haus mit Pool ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach phantastisch, Blick auf das Meer und wilde Natur. Wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!

Het prachtige zwembad, de ligging tussen de pijnbomen en het zeezicht zijn de absolute highlights!

De woning is gelegen op een soort privé park. De Franstalige buurvrouw is daar het aanspreekpunt en regelt het linnengoed etc. De woning is klassiek ingericht en de badkamers en keuken zijn niet gemoderniseerd. Daar moesten we even aan wennen, maar het buitenleven &zwembad daar maken alles goed. Koken op de bakplaat, genietend van het uitzicht van ‘s ochtends vroeg tot s avonds laat. Een heerlijke vakantie!

Schönes Haus in einer tollen Lage

Alles prima und wie beschrieben, in einer besonders schönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Nur der Fußweg zum Meer ist sehr schlecht zu gehen. Wunderbarer Pool, wir kommen wieder!

sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Villengegend mit vielen Pinienbäumen. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, hat drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und drei Toiletten. Wir haben vor Ort Bettwäsche und Handtücher vor Ort bekommen, alles Tip top. Die Terrasse oben bietet einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt einen schönen großen Tisch, den man auch ausziehen kann. Man findet alles was man braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Spülmaschine, sehr viel Geschirr, Deko. Morgens ist es auf der Terrasse oben für das Frühstück noch sonnig wir haben im Juni schon das kleine Sonnensegel benutzt, ab mittag gibt es natürlichen Schatten auf der Terrasse so dass man sehr gut draussen essen kann. Es gibt einen Gasgrill, der sehr gutes Essen zaubert. Der Infinitypool ist sehr groß und schön und bietet Blick auf Pinienwald und Meer. Neben dem Pool steht eine wunderschöne große Pinie, die natürlichen Schatten bietet. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, er wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gab mehrere Liegen mit angenehmen schönen Auflagen und unten neben dem Pool sogar noch eine Sitzmöglichkeit. Es ist alles uneinsehbar. Das ganze Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zwar alles etwas älter aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir gerne wiederkommen.

A Good Break

A very nice sitting room but kitchen too small. Bathrooms very good but beds and linen not of the best standards. A lovely pool but in a very small space. Very peaceful setting with lovely view. WiFi worked intermittently and the Television did not work until our very nice neighbour related to our owner from next door came to our assistance. Excellent local Spar. Beaches not the best when we were there with masses of seaweed. A very nice area to explore and we may wish to return
