Neither had the amenities of a "suite," and some fixtures were the worse for wear. Breakfast, by the standards of Palestinian hotels, was so-so. Thursday and Friday stays are a liability as the hotel hosts large, noisy weddings. The hotel is extremely clean at all times. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Breakfast is actually brought up to your room! I once asked if they had coffee, they apologized for not having any on site and went out on their own and got me coffee from a good coffee spot a small drive away! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5: 1- Online, it’s listed as if it’s close to many shops or stores. Please keep in mind there’s no stores around, so even a simple small trip to any store will always require a taxi/drive. 2- I was a little surprised to see a dog in the hotel, who was in the room next to ours. He barked a lot and you could hear him through the walls. Normally I avoid hotels that have pets, but they did not list themselves as a pet friendly hotel, which normally I would avoid. I think it would be better to note that so everyone is aware, in case they may have allergies. We arrived at 6:30pm after a 3 hours ride to find out that our rooms are not ready yet. They have a nice garden so we chilled there until rooms got ready. We checked in. Easy check in. The disappointment came when we saw the rooms. The only good thing was the size. I believe that it is the on the largest size I have seen in Ramallah and I spend an average of 30 nights in hotels there. The reason I picked the hotel is for being the only one with 2 bedroom suites. The king bedroom had AC. The twin bedroom had no AC. When I complained, they provided fans. The bathroom looked more like a 2 star. The shower head broke in the middle of my shower. The bathroom was very slippery. Doors don't close all the way. Even front door. It is a new hotel with a beatdown basic stuff. You can see that they spent as little as possible on the inside. Pillows are 2 stars. Bed is 2 stars. I wasn't planning to write a review until the breakfast the next day. I have been to 7 different hotels in Rammallah between 4 and 5 stars. This is the cheapest less than basic breakfast I have ever seen. Coffee is terable out of a beatdown Machine. They l will never be back. Go there for the space. For the price you will pay here, you can get a better hotel. I had a choice between this hotel and few others that I have stayed in before and were awesome. Chose this one to try it out and have more comfortable stay.
