"The location is superb. Only a few minutes walk from central Ramallah, shops and cafes. The owner is warm and welcoming and always ready to assist you with places to see and local eateries. "The hotel was reasonable and the staff were friendly but it wasn't worth nearly 160€ - also it was about half the price to book directly with the hotel. It was around 15-20 minutes to walk to downtown, which was good. "After visiting the hotel and looking over the premises, we decided to look for accommodations elsewhere. We cancelled our reservations for out 8 night stay. "Wir haben das Hotel kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles super geklappt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und toll beraten. Super service und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
