"The AC worked and the room was clean adjacent but definitely gave “landlord special” vibes. They surprise you with a $150 deposit that’s “written” in fine print but almost impossible to see. The amenities are non-existent, overall I’d say the room was NOT worth the price. I’m also a little nervous I won’t receive the deposit based off of what previous tenants have said, but it’s only been a little over a day or so, so we’ll see."
