Clean, pet friendly, no issues checking in or out. My interaction and communication with the host was via the app. There were no issues or reasons that required anything more. IMO, it is one of the ways that demonstrates the hosts commitments to privacy. Plenty of information was provided in a way that I felt welcomed, to reach out if I needed help or had any questions.
