In town for a family wedding. Had emailed with host with agreement to checkin early. Due to traffic and construction, only ended getting there 10min before normal checkin, however, code did not work. After waiting till AFTER checkin time, code finally worked. When checking with host, he indicated that he had updated the wrong property (for the early checkin). Unit was clean and as expected (however, the 2 streaming services mentioned as "available".. were NOT (did not bring this up with the host). Did let the host know that the freezer was "frozen" over (we had no plans to use the fridge.. was just an FYI for him). Power went out on one side of the unit (upper bedroom/bathroom). Finally reached host, husband had to reset a fuse outside (TWICE). Host seemed to know what the issue was right away (if he knew this was an issue, why had it not been addressed?). All in all, the unit was close to family and the beds were very comfortable, water was hot and neighborhood quiet (there is road noise but not a big issue). There is a bagel place walking distance that you can get breakfast and lunch (was very good). Host made it "right" so don't be afraid to book!!

Great Location for a Short Trip

We were only in town for two nights for a soccer tournament and this rental had everything we needed for convenience. It was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place to stay. Centrally located with stores and things to do near by. Quiet neighborhood. River walk very close by for easy walking. Would recommend North Carolina Art Museum walking paths

Beautiful!

Loved this stay! We loved that this location was very close to the walking trails, which was extremely convenient. Everything we needed was close by and very accessible. The beds were very comfortable and we use the full kitchen, which was wonderful. So homey and quiet and we appreciated it all!

Perfect trip

Clean and convenient rental. Excellent communication from property manager. So much better than a hotel given the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with washer/dryer. Will definitely book again when are in the area for soccer!

Wonderful Stay and Great Location!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Raleigh. The location is excellent, close to the highway, grocery stores, restaurants, and very calm neighborhood. I was visiting with my nephew looking at schools and there was a deli and pizza shop in walking distance as well. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfy, felt like home while in Raleigh. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Comfy, easy stay

Enjoyed our stay! Comfortable seating and beds. Plenty of furniture for lounging. Well appointed kitchen. Walked the trail 3x in 3 days since it’s so close. Walked to bagel deli shop as well for breakfast. Convenience store and Food Lion within a short walk also. Great stay!

A welcoming place to stay for a summer vacation!

We had a wonderful time in North Carolina. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of all of the rooms, which made us feel comfortable for a relaxing stay. Clean & comfy

Everything was as expected. Surprise bonus of a 27 mile bike/walking trail right behind our development. The townhouse felt like home. The host was very professional. Our stay was worry-free. Highly recommend—Would stay again.
