This space is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex that was just renovated in May 2022\. Both sides of the duplex are rented on VRBO, and you will have your own private kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Very close to Forest Hills park/playground, the Original Q Shack BBQ, Guglhupf Bakery, Refectory Cafe, etc. Everything is brand new. Please note, this unit does have some road noise from cars passing by University Drive in front of the home. We have provided a white-noise machine to make sleeping more enjoyable. Please enter and exit the driveway with caution and signal early (especially when arriving for the first time). Guest access You will enter through the front shared door (provides access to unit A and B). You will then use the door to the left to access your private unit. Other things to note Please note, this unit does have some road noise from cars passing by University Drive in front of the home.
