Close proximity to both Duke and UNC Chapel Hill. 3BR/2.5BA. First floor designed with hardwoods and crown molding. Large maple cabinets and granite countertops in kitchen. Built-in bookshelves with ladder and large walk-in closet in master bedroom. Master bath renovated to include a rainfall shower and updated flooring. Outdoor patio with furniture and playhouse for children. Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds. Please remember to declare the total number of guests in your booking, including children aged 2 and up, in accordance with Vrbo policy. Good size master bedroom with shower big enough to fit a very large man. Had all the towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap you could ever need. Plastic bags. Etc. all decked out as far as what you would need. I ended up extending my stay to 2 weeks instead of 1 and the process was seamless. Thanks to the group and owner for quick responses and making a solid experience. The place is a 3 bedroom with 2.5 baths and another bed that’s Murphy style pull down in the living room. Nice little nook, living room, and kitchen set in an open plan. Upstairs is all carpeted and with tiles for the bathroom. Fans everywhere. Shower was big and roomy. Plenty of hot water. Also central air kept everything very cool. Master bedroom and the house in general was filled with nice little decorations. Master bedroom had a bookcase built into the wall with a staircase. Haven’t seen that before but it was cute.
