  • Welcome to Paula's Place! Charming Charleston Style Row Home in the Center of Brier Creek in the Heart of RTP! Walking Distance from shopping and minutes from HWY 540 and I40 and Airport! 6month minimum lease but open to longer.

    While the location is amazing, the inside of this home will not disappoint!

    Great kitchen and living area downstairs that is very new and well kept. Then upstairs you have three spacious bedrooms to enjoy! There is a small porch on the front and back of the house and a pool down the street.

    Less than 15mins to downtown Durham, downtown Raleigh, the airport, PNC arena, and major hospitals. Come to the Triangle and see it all! We want to make sure your experience is the best it can be. Please let us know if it is not 5 Star worthy!
